If this is an emergency, as defined below (problems which require immediate attention to protect you or your family from harm and to avoid damage to your home), please take the following actions:
Complete failure of air conditioning system in extreme heat: Contact Sonoran Air at (623) 581-9555 or (623) 581-5110 for assistance.
Severe plumbing leak that cannot be isolated: Turn off your main water line at the house or at the water meter, and call us at (480) 635-4555 between 8:00am & 5:00pm during the next business day.
Severe electrical problem: An electrical failure frequently indicates a neighborhood-wide power failure, which should be reported to your electrical utility company. If the total electrical failure affects your home only, call your electrician (please refer to the emergency contact list posted on the inside of your kitchen cabinets) and/or electrical utility company for assistance. For other electrical issues, please refer to the "ELECTRICAL" section of the Trend Homes Limited Warranty Manual, which may be accessed by clicking the "Enter Warranty Service" tab on the previous screen, followed by the "Warranty Manual" tab).
Gas leaks: Call Southwest Gas Corporation immediately at (602) 861-1999.
