OUR BENEFIT OFFERINGS** FOR 2007 |
Full-time associates of each respective company receive (per eligibility requirements) the following competitive benefits and useful services.

Medical and Dental Insurance – The company covers 75% of premium cost of our medical plan with Cigna (Open Access) for all eligible employees and their dependents. (Employees pay 25% of the premium cost of the medical plan). It also makes available a voluntary dental plan with very competitive premium rates.

Life Insurance & Accidental Death or Dismemberment – An insurance policy for the amount of $50,000.00 is provided by the company for Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment.

401(K) and Profit Sharing Plan – You can choose from 26 different investment funds within the Fidelity Investment fund families. There is an 800 number, along with internet access available to you to check on and/or to redistribute your investments, the Company matches 50% of your first 6% of contributions, you are 100% vested from hire date, and you have free access to a certified investment consultant. This plan has it all!
